I, Trine, was born to help people feel good about themselves! It was a subtle yet persevering sense of purpose and was mainly reflected in my attempts to include everyone and make sure nobody was left behind. The first time I learned about positive affirmations (through Louise Hay’s books) was in my early 20s and I gained a whole new perspective on life. This newfound awareness allowed me to incorporate mindfulness on a daily basis and taught me a way of “controlling” my own happiness and making life a much more positive experience.
Our minds are truly powerful! Not only for storing and regurgitating information but also for having such a large influence on our own sense of happiness and creation of success. The mind, body, spirit approach have now been studied for decades and show great benefits to our overall health. Both Raj and Vadim joined the yoga community in 2017 to gain more inner peace and to utilize an ancient form of exercise that aligns your body on many levels. This is where they met Trine who had practiced yoga and mindfulness for many years. Raj only slept two hours at night and felt restless, irritable, and anxious while launching his previous startup. He recognized that he needed more balance in life and quickly felt better after a few months of yoga and learning to meditate. He acknowledges “it was only through practicing these mindfulness techniques I was able to finish the development of the product and get incredible traction by users!”
Not only were the three of us talking about mindfulness after yoga but also started to be fascinated by how artificial intelligence (AI) could make a positive impact on the world. Raj had shown with his previous startup that AI and natural language processing (NLP) could be used to emulate a natural interaction (eg. a student and teacher) resulting in improvement in communication skills.
During this time, Trine had been an instrumental part of support groups that David Swindall runs in Pinellas Park and had noticed how impactful the therapeutic techniques taught in group were to the participants. The observations were clear: self-awareness created complete life-style changes, freedom from pain, and happiness with both self and in relationships! Several members had even requested something that could help them cope between classes and serve as reminders to “stay on track.”
We all wanted to create a way for people to learn simple yet powerful techniques that would help them control their own emotions, improve relationships, make them happier, and improve overall performance. Since the 3 founders always wear the “YES-HAT” and believe “ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE”, the seed was planted and WISPRER was born.
Our company is founded on hard work ethic, team collaboration and self-care. Keeping a balance between work, family, and health is a top priority and is reflected by the way we start every meeting with meditation. We also implement Kyle Cease’s “Kylego” strategy in our team approach that helps us create unimaginable ideas and bring them to life by imagining future events as they have already happened!
We were all born in different countries and come from very different backgrounds. We embrace diversity and believe it is imperative to embrace who you are. Differences are what make us all unique and special, and we all come with gifts that will help the world become a better place. The journey is what is important not the destination. We didn’t set out to develop WISPRER to be “the best in the world” but to truly make an impact on the overall wellbeing and happiness of human kind.
